1. Policy Objective

2. Requirements for Acceptable Listings
a) Information Accuracy: • All details must reflect complete and accurate truth • Information must be verifiable and applicable • No important information should be hidden or omitted
b) Real Images: • All images must be of the actual product you are selling • Using images from the internet or other listings is prohibited • Using images of different products is prohibited
c) Accurate Description: • Description must be clear and comprehensive • Avoid exaggeration or false claims • All significant defects must be clearly stated
d) Correct Category Selection: • Select the most accurate category that matches your product • Incorrect category selection may result in listing rejection

3. Strictly Prohibited Listings
a) Stolen, Counterfeit, and Fake Products: • Stolen or looted goods • Counterfeit products (unauthorized copies) • Fake products with fictitious certificates • Goods without legal documented ownership
b) Legally Prohibited Goods: • Weapons, ammunition, and explosives • Illegal or unlicensed drugs • Hazardous and toxic chemicals • Endangered species or their parts • Protected artifacts and antiquities
c) Forged Documents: • Fake authentication certificates • Fake warranty certificates • Fake ownership documents • Fake commercial invoices
d) Fraudulent Content: • Hiding significant defects in description • Claiming non-existent features • Using misleading or heavily edited images • Claiming certifications you don't have
e) Illegal Content: • Sexual or pornographic content • Racist or offensive content • Content infringing intellectual property rights • Any content violating local or international laws

4. Images and Visual Content
a) Image Standards: • Images must be high-quality and clear • Lighting must be natural and adequate • Avoid blurry, out-of-focus, or dark images • At least 3 different photos from different angles
b) Actual Product Images: • Images must show the product from multiple sides • Using images from stores or catalogs is prohibited • Using illustrations or design sketches is prohibited
c) Preventing Misleading Images: • Major edits that change the product's appearance are prohibited • Artificially removing defects is prohibited • Using filters that distort the real product is prohibited • Using old images that don't reflect current condition is prohibited
d) Intellectual Property Protection: • Using images without usage rights is prohibited • Patents and trademarks must be respected • Copyright infringement must not occur

5. Duplicate Listings
a) Preventing Intentional Duplication: • Posting the same listing multiple times on different accounts is prohibited • Posting identical listings for the same product on one account is prohibited • Using duplicate listings to inflate visibility is prohibited
b) Preventing Search Result Manipulation: • Using incorrect keywords to attract attention is prohibited • Posting listings without genuine information solely for visibility is prohibited • Artificial manipulation of search priorities is prohibited

6. Prices and Information
a) Preventing False Prices: • Price must be the actual real price • Displaying incorrect price then changing it is prohibited • Using prices as bait then requesting additional fees is prohibited
b) Preventing Hidden Information: • All additional fees and costs must be disclosed upfront • Product condition must be clear (new, used, etc.) • Any known defects or issues must be clearly stated
c) Complete Transparency: • All terms of sale and payment must be clarified • Return or warranty policies must be explained • Delivery and shipping methods must be clarified

7. Listing Review Process
a) AI Automated Review: • Automatic scanning of keywords and content • Detection of fake or suspiciously edited images • Detection of missing or incomplete data • Text analysis to ensure compliance
b) Manual Review: • Specialized team reviews suspicious listings • Verification of images and specifications • Verification of contact information • Comprehensive compliance assessment
c) Request for Supporting Documents: • We may request authenticity certificates for luxury products • We may request invoices or proof of ownership • We may request additional photos for verification

8. ShopyGo's Authority
a) Listing Rejection: • ShopyGo has the right to reject any listing before publication • Rejection may occur without prior notice in obvious cases
b) Category Modification: • We may correct the category if you selected an incorrect one • We may auto-recategorize listings
c) Listing Suspension: • We may temporarily suspend listings during investigation • We may permanently suspend listings if violation is confirmed
d) Account Suspension: • Repeated violations may result in account suspension • Suspension may be temporary or permanent

9. Reporting Violations

b) Investigation and Action: • Every report will be reviewed within 24 business hours • If violation is confirmed, the listing will be removed • The advertiser's account may be suspended for repeated violations • False reports may result in the reporter's account being suspended

10. Penalties and Corrective Measures
a) Warning: • First violation may result in warning only • The problem and required action will be clarified

c) Temporary Account Suspension: • Repeated violations may result in account suspension • Suspension may last from several days to weeks
d) Permanent Account Closure: • Serious or repeated violations may result in permanent deletion • No refund of paid fees
