Welcome to ShopyGo, a modern digital marketplace platform based in the United Arab Emirates and designed to connect buyers, sellers, businesses, suppliers, and service providers across the UAE, GCC region, and international markets.
By using ShopyGo, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Platform Nature
ShopyGo is an online marketplace and advertising platform that allows users, companies, and suppliers to publish listings, promote products, and connect with interested parties.
ShopyGo provides the digital platform only. We are not the owner, seller, buyer, broker, or direct party in transactions between users unless clearly stated.
2. User Accounts
Users are responsible for: - Providing accurate account information. - Keeping login details secure. - All activity performed through their account.
ShopyGo reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or remove accounts that violate platform rules.
3. Listings and Advertisements
Users are fully responsible for: - Accuracy of listing information. - Product descriptions. - Images and media uploaded. - Prices and availability.
ShopyGo may review, reject, edit, hide, or remove any listing that violates policies or affects platform quality.
4. Marketplace Categories
ShopyGo supports multiple marketplace categories including vehicles, real estate, electronics, business, services, collectibles, premium numbers, equipment, and other specialized categories.
Each category may have specific requirements or rules.
5. China Hub
China Hub is a dedicated section connecting factories, suppliers, exporters, importers, and companies between China, UAE, GCC countries, and global markets.
Chinese suppliers, UAE companies, and international businesses may publish listings to showcase products and services.
All companies are responsible for verifying products, certifications, shipping terms, agreements, and business arrangements.
ShopyGo provides connection and visibility tools but does not guarantee supplier performance, product quality, or completed transactions.
6. Auctions and Offers
If auction or offer features are available: - Users are responsible for their bids and offers. - Sellers are responsible for accepting or rejecting offers. - ShopyGo is not responsible for agreements made between parties.
7. Payments and Premium Services
ShopyGo may offer paid services such as: - Featured listings. - Promotions. - Premium visibility. - Business services.
Fees, duration, and conditions will be displayed before purchase.
Digital services and activated promotions may be non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
8. User Safety
Users should: - Verify products before payment. - Avoid unsafe transfers. - Confirm documents and ownership when required. - Communicate carefully with other parties.
ShopyGo works to improve safety but users remain responsible for their final decisions.
9. Prohibited Activities
Users must not: - Post false or misleading information. - Upload illegal content. - Attempt fraud or scams. - Abuse other users. - Violate UAE laws or applicable international regulations.
10. Content and Intellectual Property
Users keep ownership of their uploaded content but grant ShopyGo permission to display and promote that content within the platform and related services.
11. Limitation of Responsibility
ShopyGo does not guarantee: - Completion of transactions. - Product condition. - Seller or buyer behavior. - External agreements between users.
12. Updates to Terms
ShopyGo may update these Terms & Conditions when required. Continued use of the platform means acceptance of the latest version.
