Payment Methods & Fees

ShopyGo is a digital marketplace platform that connects buyers, sellers, individuals, companies, factories, suppliers, importers, exporters, and service providers across the United Arab Emirates, GCC countries, and international markets.

This page explains the difference between fees paid for ShopyGo services and payments made directly between marketplace users.

SECTION 1 — SHOPYGO PLATFORM FEES

ShopyGo platform fees apply only to services provided directly by ShopyGo, including where applicable:

- Listing publication packages - Featured Listings - Advertisement upgrades - Premium, VIP, and Elite visibility packages - Promotional placement - Business and supplier services - China Hub services - Other optional digital marketplace services

All applicable prices, service duration, package benefits, and conditions must be displayed clearly before the user confirms payment.

SECTION 2 — BUYER AND SELLER PAYMENTS

The price of a listed item, service, property, vehicle, business opportunity, supply contract, or other private transaction is agreed directly between the buyer and seller.

Unless an official ShopyGo service clearly states otherwise, ShopyGo:

- Does not collect the private sale price on behalf of users - Does not hold buyer or seller funds - Does not act as an escrow service - Does not guarantee payment, delivery, quality, ownership, or completion of the transaction - Is not a party to private agreements between users

Users are responsible for verifying all transaction details before making any external payment.

SECTION 3 — AVAILABLE PAYMENT METHODS

When paying for an official ShopyGo service, available payment methods may include:

- Credit cards - Debit cards - Approved digital payment methods - Bank transfer where officially supported - Other payment options displayed by ShopyGo at checkout

Only payment methods shown in the official ShopyGo payment flow should be considered available.

SECTION 4 — SECURE PAYMENT PROCESSING

Electronic payments for ShopyGo services may be processed through secure and approved third-party payment providers.

ShopyGo does not store full credit card numbers, bank card security codes, or sensitive banking credentials.

Users must ensure that payment information is entered only through the official ShopyGo payment flow.

SECTION 5 — FEATURED AND PREMIUM SERVICES

ShopyGo may provide optional paid marketplace services, including:

- Featured Listings - Premium visibility - VIP visibility - Elite visibility - Advertisement upgrades - Promotional placement - Business and supplier services - Company listing services - China Hub services

These services are intended to improve visibility, placement, presentation, or access to selected marketplace tools.

The exact service, price, duration, and benefits must be shown before payment confirmation.

SECTION 6 — CHINA HUB FEES AND BUSINESS SERVICES

China Hub is a dedicated business channel connecting companies, factories, manufacturers, exporters, suppliers, importers, distributors, and traders involved in commerce between China, the UAE, GCC countries, and international markets.

Any China Hub fee applies only to the specific listing, company, promotion, package, or business service selected by the user.

Companies and suppliers remain responsible for verifying:

- Products - Company registration - Certifications - Minimum order quantity - Samples - Contracts - Shipping terms - Customs requirements - Delivery time - Payment arrangements

ShopyGo provides advertising, visibility, and connection tools but does not guarantee supplier performance, product quality, delivery, or completion of a business transaction.

SECTION 7 — FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE PAYMENTS

All payments made for a ShopyGo digital service are final and non-refundable once the listing, promotion, package, upgrade, featured placement, or other digital service has been activated or published.

This includes, where applicable:

- Listing publication fees - Featured Listing fees - Premium package fees - VIP package fees - Elite package fees - Promotion fees - Advertisement upgrade fees - Company and supplier service fees - China Hub service fees - Other activated digital services

Users are responsible for reviewing the selected service, price, duration, listing details, and package benefits before confirming payment.

Submitting incorrect information, changing a decision, deleting a listing, ending a promotion early, or failing to use the activated service does not create a right to a refund.

SECTION 8 — PAYMENT FAILURE OR DUPLICATE CHARGE

If a payment appears unsuccessful, pending, duplicated, or incorrectly charged, the user should not repeatedly submit payment without first checking the account payment status.

The user should contact ShopyGo through the official support channel and provide:

- The registered email address - The affected service or listing - The payment date and approximate time - The amount - The available payment reference - A screenshot where appropriate

Users must never send full card numbers, security codes, passwords, or one-time verification codes to support.

SECTION 9 — TAXES, SHIPPING, CUSTOMS, AND OTHER COSTS

Unless clearly included in an official ShopyGo service, the following are separate from ShopyGo platform fees:

- Product price - Delivery charges - Shipping fees - Customs duties - Import or export fees - Government fees - Registration fees - Inspection fees - Taxes - Insurance - Third-party professional fees

Buyers and sellers are responsible for agreeing on and verifying these costs.

SECTION 10 — CURRENCY AND PRICE DISPLAY

Prices may be displayed in the currency selected or supported by the platform, category, package, or listing.

Users are responsible for checking:

- The displayed currency - The final payable amount - Any bank conversion charges - Any international transaction fees - Any third-party payment charges

SECTION 11 — TRANSACTION SAFETY

Before paying another user, buyers and sellers should:

- Verify identity - Verify ownership - Inspect the item or service - Review contracts and documents - Confirm the final price - Confirm delivery or collection arrangements - Use secure and traceable payment methods - Keep records of important communications and payments - Avoid suspicious advance-payment requests - Report suspicious activity to ShopyGo

SECTION 12 — PAYMENT POLICY UPDATES

ShopyGo may update this Payment Methods & Fees page when services, packages, payment methods, legal requirements, or operational policies change.

Continued use of ShopyGo services after an update means the user accepts the latest published version.
